Brad Schnepf served as president of Marnell Properties from 2001 – 2011 and currently serves as Executive Vice President. Marnell Properties is a real estate development and management company focusing on the acquisition, development and management of commercial real estate holdings. His responsibilities include real estate development,acquisition and sales, entitlement and management of the corporate real estate portfolio.

As president of Marnell Properties, Schnepf directed development, construction and management of Marnell Corporate Center, a 40-acre class “A” professional office campus that currently consists of seven buildings containing approximately 700,000 square feet of mixed use, mid-rise professional office.

Along with Marnell Corporate Center, Mr. Schnepf lead the design and development team for McCarran Marketplace, a 75-acre community retail development anchored byWal-Mart Super Center and Lowe’s Home Improvement Store. McCarran Marketplace consists of approximately 600,000 square feet of large to medium box retail and in-line retail shop space and is currently 95% occupied.

Also under Mr. Schnepf’s direction, Marnell Properties developed Marnell Airport Center at McCarran International Airport, which presently consists of a multi-level office building, approximately 81,000 square feet, with an additional 160,000to 200,000 square feet of office/industrial space in the planning and design stage. In addition, Mr. Schnepf directed the planning, development,construction, leasing and management of Marnell Air Cargo Center, a 200,000 square foot multi-use aircraft, warehouse and air cargo facility constructed on the airside of McCarran International Airport. Marnell Airport Center consists of approximately 200,000 square feet and is occupied by international air cargo carriers such as FEDEX. UPS, Allegiant Air, Southwest Airlines, etc.

Mr.Schnepf has been involved in real estate acquisition, construction, development and management for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Marnell Properties, Mr. Schnepf’s experience included strategic acquisition, sales, leasing and entitlements of commercial real estate projects for both private real estate firms and a privately held/publicly regulated utility company. These types of projects included acquisition and entitlement of electrical transmission and substation facilities from private and public entities; disposition and re-development for commercial use properties originally acquired and held for utility/public purposes.

Originally from Scottsdale,Arizona, Mr. Schnepf attended Arizona State University.  He is Past President and member of the NAIOP.
